Need to reset your password?
- Just click on the "Forgot your password?" link that is on the STEP log-in screen. You'll receive an e-mail verifying your reset request. Follow the instructions in the e-mail and you'll be in the system in no time.
- HCPS Employees can call the following numbers for password resets: 652-3670, 652-3664, 652-3563.
W-2 questions?
- General Government Employees: If you have any questions about your W-2 form, please contact the County Payroll Office. Either Lyn Zacharias, zac02@co.henrico.va.us, 501-5584; or Nancy Burnett, bur03@co.henrico.va.us, 501-4941; will be able to assist you.
- HCPS Employees: If you have any questions about your W-2 form, please contact the School Payroll Office at 652-3623.
